2. Ordering & Payments
- All orders must be placed through Etsy or Whatnot.
- Payments are securely processed through those platforms—we do not handle payments directly on this website at this time.
- Prices are subject to change based on product availability and market conditions.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Etsy Orders: Shipping times and policies are listed on our Etsy shop.
- Whatnot Orders: Orders placed during a Whatnot live sale will be shipped according to Whatnot’s shipping policies.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Etsy Orders: Returns and exchanges are handled per Etsy’s policy. Please check our Etsy shop for details.
- Whatnot Sales: All Whatnot purchases are final unless an issue occurs due to seller error.

- Custom orders may be available upon request for tie-dye, sublimation, or heat-pressed DTFs.
- All custom sales are final—no refunds or exchanges once production begins.
- Processing time varies based on order size and design complexity.
6. Product Care Instructions
To keep your tie-dye and sublimation apparel vibrant:
- Tie-Dye Apparel: Wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach.
- Sublimation & Heat Press Items: Wash inside out in cold water. Do not iron directly over designs.
7. Social Media & Communication Policy
- We welcome messages and inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, and Whatnot.
- For fastest response regarding orders or custom requests, please contact us directly through Etsy or Whatnot messaging.
- While we try to respond within 24-48 hours, response times may vary based on order volume and availability.
